1. Zoho Survey

Zoho has successfully created a suite of CRM apps over the years and Zoho Survey is just one of them. You can share surveys via email, web, and social media and collect responses while on the move. You can then view responses and analyze results too. Zoho Survey has a decent UI which is functional but there is a caveat.

The team behind Zoho wants you to use the web version to create surveys. You cannot do so from the app itself which is limiting in my opinion. On the other side, there are a number of ways to analyze the collected data using tables, graphs, charts, and trend reports. The free plan comes with unlimited surveys with 10 questions and 100 responses each. Pricing begins at $9.99 Pros:

200 templates Detailed reports, graphs, charts Share anywhere

Cons:

Can’t create surveys on mobile

Once again, you will need an account to create surveys online and then you can sync them on mobile apps. There are plenty of reports to generate and ways to analyze collected stats. The collected data can be exported in CSV format or you can import it directly into apps like MailChimp and Salesforce. Pricing starts $16/month for single users and $41/month for small businesses who need more templates, question types and custom branding. Pros:

3. Responster

Responster works like other survey apps that we listed above for the most part. You create a survey online and then sync it with the app. You can now share this survey with others to collect responses and feedback both online and offline. They have a free plan where there is no limit on the number of surveys or responses which is generous. This is how the backend looks.

Like other apps in the list, there is a drag and drop interface in place. Instead of viewing the entire survey, you can choose to show only one question at a time to the respondent. This should improve focus and result in better answers. For $190/year, you will get the ability to share and embed anywhere, more templates, and more question types. Pros:

Survey Apps for Smartphones

There are a number of survey apps for smartphone users and choosing one can be very difficult. I think, one of the most important consideration will be pricing and it will affect different users differently.
