For windows download and install Filezilla from here.
How to transfer file using Filezilla
You will need host name or the host ip address and username and password. You can find these under Godaddy hosting account. Launch the application Fill in the entries and click on quick connect.
Once you see the connection establish confirmation just drag and drop your files under remote sites and uploading will get started.
If you face Filezilla connection timed out could not connect to server Error simply change the timeout setting to 0 sec.
